In today’s increasingly competitive world, the pressure to succeed has led to more stressful lives! Particularly in Asian societies, where not only are achievements and social recognition regarded as status symbols, jobs and job success are seen as our primary source of identity.

It is no wonder we tend to take failure harder!

I want to encourage those who have failed or who may be facing failure - it does not end here! But we cannot move forward if we keep looking back. Failure should school you, not ruin you.

So let your past failed experiences lead you forward, and change for the better. If you allow that, your life will never be the same again!

I embrace this philosophy, and that is why I have a passion for educating people about failure through my personal experiences, showing them how all these experiences have changed my perspective of life and enabled me to actually gain maturity and become wiser, calmer, and a person of greater depth and confidence!

I now share these lessons with people from all walks of life. I share my stories and the lessons I learnt at schools, seminars, companies, government departments and churches. I take the audience out of the classroom with highly-personal sharing of practical, real-life lessons in a light-hearted way that people can identify with.
